Chilly Idly ( Idly 65)

Ingredients :

Idly batter – 250 grams / ¼ kg

Onions – 1 large onion or 6 small onion

Chilly – 2 numbers

Garlic – 3 or 4 pieces

Mustard seed- small pinch

Oil and Salt for your need

Curry leef – small amount

Chicken 65/ kabab masala for your need

Lemon- ½ number

Corn flour for your need

Methods :

Cook an idly in an idly cooker or vessel. Then take an idly cut into small pieces.

Corn flour, chicken 65 masala, little amount salt for your need , lemon juice and slice of idly.

Then 30 minutes after fry the idly slices. Take an idly fry in a bowl.

Then add oil, mustard seed, curry leave in a pan, after add onion and garlic chops till brownish.

Then add pinch of salt, add idly fry and mix well.

Serve: 2 members
